SHIPPING: Shipping Rules

  • These rules apply to all orders placed through ADOR BUTEE’s online store and any affiliated sales channels, unless otherwise noted in a specific promotion or contract

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank and national holidays observed by ADOR BUTEE).

  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days shipping is 2-3 business days. We do have fast shipping.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM local time or on non-business days will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers: USPS priority shipping available.

RETURN/REFUNDS

Due to COVID 19 the nature of this warehouse NO REFUNDS are available, however returns are accepted only if you have received the wrong order.

IF you have the wrong items, please send it back how it was received with all items attached and not used.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Once your order is placed you will immediately receive an confirmation email. Your second email you will receive a tracking number after your package has been shipped. Please make sure your email is correct when checking out.

After the order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packaging. be sure to contact your local post office if any of these problems occur.

Also make sure your shipping address is correct We will not be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.
